We provide services to the wire industry in two approaches:

Mold Buidling

We create durable ceramic guides for the wire industry. These wire guides are produced by molding, then sintering. Therefore, we keep in stock all the molds for the wire guides that we offer in our website.

For wire guides that fall outside of our current delivery program, we welcome the opportunity of creating new molds in compliance with the customer’s specifications.  Except in rare occasions, the cost of the mold is amortized with the order, or subsequent orders.

Such molds under our keeping are the exclusive property of the respective customer.  Molding for a third party without the explicit permission from its owner is strictly prohibited.

Diamond Polishing

We diamond polish, upon request, the wire guides of our produce. Diamond polished wire guides minimizes friction, upgrades the wire quality and reduce machine downtime. The cost of diamond polishing has substantially been reduced since we promoted it in earnest in the early 1980’s, due to the lowered diamond grit cost and improved diamond polishing expertise.

Indeed, you will find in the end that it actually costs less then the ones without diamond polishing, considering the extended service life of the guide along with reduced wire damage.
