1. New Accounts:

To open a new account, please provide us with references from three current suppliers, plus one bank reference. Your credit line will be established based upon these references. Once completed, you will be entitled to line-of-credit payment as an account customer of COSMOS. For our non-account customers who may prefer other payment options:

            We ship C. O. D. within the United States.
            For payment by credit card, we accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard:

                

Advance Payment by T/T is available for our international customers.


2. Terms:

Our terms for line-of-credit customers are applicable for net 30 days. Invoices which remain unsettled after 60 days are considered delinquent. We regret that orders cannot be shipped on delinquent accounts until they have been brought up to date. Invoices remaining unsettled after 90 days are considered collection accounts and are placed on permanent C. O. D. status. A service charge of 2% every 30 days will be assessed on all invoices which remain unsettled 60 days after the invoice date.
   

3. Returns:

All returns are to be made within 15 days of receipt and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns deemed necessary as a result of factors directly related to or caused by COSMOS are exempt from this fee. Transactions are considered final 15 days after the receipt of merchandise.
4. Claims:

All claims are to be made within 10 days of receipt. Please retain the original packaging until the claim has been settled. Any damage incurred to the exterior of the package must be claimed through the commercial carrier.
